Final Bills should be emailed, and a process to pay the bill should be stated in that email

If I cancel service I should be able to access my billing portal.

So I can pay
So I can see my final bill
So I can see my past bills

I should also receive an itemized bill regardless through email or mail for my final bill. I should not have to reach out to support to get this.
