Great news! Thanks to your awesome idea, we've made this happen. The maximum amount for Google Play purchases billed to your carrier has increased from $50 to $150 per rolling 30 days.
@Crash863 and @slac the limit is still $50. SOME telus customer have the $150 limit. Only select frequent users have had their limit raised to the $150 and have the option to lower their limit back down to the $50. If you are still at the $50 we have no way to lift you to the $150 as it's not something determined by the front line staff 😞
@Mobility_PrincessOkay so how does a person get this changed? I myself have been in a fight with Telus to have mine increased and get told there's nothing that can be done. Carrier billing is the ONLY way I have made Google play purchases on an account with a perfect trackk record for 2 and a half years. How Is this not frequent enough?
How can I set the limit to $0, or turn it off completely? I don't want any subscriber billing charges from Play store and setting on the phone is not an option.
Hi, I am an EPP client, and I wanted to know what my limit for carrier billing is? And if it can be increased? I have been a telus client for almost 5 years now and only had 2 payments in total that were late. It's how I make certain purchases and in a perfect world, would like to be a limit of MY choosing. please advise thanks
