Add Chat and Support features to My Account app

Consider adding the ability to contact Telus via Chat into the My Account app. Also including a section for support / troubleshooting articles etc would also be beneficial. On iOS adding support for Touch ID for security could be good too.

Thanks for the suggestions. I know we're working towards a mobile chat solution but I put it forward for the record, anyway.


Regarding the support comment - I see a button for support in the hamburger on the front page. It goes to a search and then then back to Are you thinking it should be somethere else? I'm on v4.3.4
