Have a tech scheduled to come out, but you don't think you'll be around to meet them?
Life happens. That's why you can cancel the appointment online and call us to rebook once you know of a time that works better for you.
1. Login to My Account.
Not yet registered? Not a problem. You can register online here.
2. Click on My Profile, to view Appointments.
1. Click on My Profile, then select Update beside to the Contact Info.
2. Confirm you want to cancel the appointment.
3. Contact TELUS to schedule another appointment.
Very handy last winter for me.... my streets and telephone poles were snowed in. I rescheduled to a week later when it was safer.
