How to Locate your MAC Address

There may only be a few reasons why you’ll require your device MAC (Media Access Control) address - usually for network configuration or device setup - but we’ll walk you through how to do it on the latest and most common devices.
Android Tablet
To locate the MAC Address of your Android phone or Android tablet, follow these steps:
On the Home screen, tap the Menu key and go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap About Tablet then tap Status and then scroll down to view WiFi Mac address.
Android Phones (may vary by model)
- On the Home screen, tap the App Drawer button (or swipe up) and select Settings.
- Tap About Phone.
- Tap Status.
- Scroll down to see your WiFi MAC address.
Or
- On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings.
- Tap About Phone.
- Tap Hardware information.
- Scroll down to see your WiFi MAC address.
Or
- On the Home screen, press the Menu key and select Settings.
- Now select Wireless and network.
- Select WiFi Settings. You will find the MAC address under the Advanced section.
iPad and iPhone
- Tap on Settings
- Tap General
- Tap About
- Your MAC address is listed as Wi-Fi Address
Macbook
- Click on the Apple Menu
- Click on System Preferences
- Click on Advanced
- Click on Hardware
- Your MAC address is listed here
Windows 10
- Right-click on the “Start” button
- Click on Control Panel
- Click on Network and Internet
- Click on View Network Status and Tasks
- Click on your WiFi Network name (SSID) next to Connections
- You’ll see a pop up window. Click on Details
- Your MAC address is listed as Physical Address
