I scheduled a fiber internet install for this morning, and the rep on the phone told me my appointment was scheduled for between 7 and 9 am. Turns out that, despite me being in Ontario, that was based on Mountain Time instead of Eastern. On top of that, apparently the website is lying too, as they say the you can call in starting at 8 am EST, but at 930, they still don't answer the phones.
I would be more patient about this if my tech hadn't no-showed me yesterday. No missed calls, no buzzes up from the front door, just a note from the tech when I called in saying I wasn't home. I specifically took the day off for my install, and now they're late and I'm going to miss a medical appointment.
I have recieved much better from telus in the past, and I am exceedingly disappointed while attempting to get service from them again.

Our apologies and that's definitely not the experience we want you to have bahamutduo. Were you able to have a new appointment scheduled since?
