My contract on my phone ended in Sept, yet i am still receiving bills?

I havn't used my phone for a while, contract expired months ago, yet I am stil receicing bills?  Why am I paying for a service that I have not renewd nor need?

Good Day,

 

Even though your contract may have ended you would still have to contact us to advise you would like to cancel the unit.

For instance my contracted ended a few years ago so my contract remains on month to month.  That means I can renew at anytime with no penalty.

 

Please contact the office directly so we can assist you in renewing or cancelling.
