According to our system you can defiantly use a pre-paid credit card to make a payment to your account.  Please log into your online account and say make a payment or you can call into our call centre and we would be happy to help you.

This information is incorrect.  I have tried repeatedly, with 3 different gift cards, to make a payment online.  It was refused all 3 times.  I then called to try to pay that way and was told that you cannot use a gift card to make a payment on your account.
