Hi, Telus has been problems activating eSIMs on Pixel 4xl for EPP/corporate accounts since January 22 or so. There is an open service ticket #9566548. So they expect me to call in from time to time to check. I'm likely going to change to Rogers next week. But I thought I'd throw this post online for anyone else having this problem so you cat least have a ticket number to reference to.
Anyone from telus wanting to shed some light on this sometimes this week (and save a customer since 2001), please feel free to reply.
