Hi,

Hi,

my company has a business plan with Telus, and we use Panasonic KX-TES824 for our telephone system.

However, we encounter a problem, and that problem is that two people cannot call at the same time even though each person has been set up with his/her own extension number. Is it because we use one phone landline number, or there is a solution to do that?

Please reply if you have solution to this problem

Thank you for your attention

Hi Viny3n,

That is a nice PBX system. Your PBX will allow for multiple internal extensions. It sounds like you are being limited when it comes to making outbound calls because you only have a single line. If you are interested in adding more lines, please give us a call at 310-3100.

Regards,

Randy
