I work at a college. we get one of our internet feeds from telus. We are a AS of our own and connect to telus as BGP peers. We need to change the AS number to a new one. I called the number on the Telus edge device but the help desk said they coun't help me with that. I tried a web chat with the telus web page an they said they coundn't help. I reached out to our customer service representative but she is not returning my emails and I dont have a phone number. Is there any other method to get this configuration change done?
