Hello ShadiS,

Setting up your corporate emails on your mobile device can vary from one device to another. Since you did not post which model you have, I have taken the liberty to look up and provide you information on how to set up your email on each platform (Android, BlackBerry, iOS, Windows Phone).

I would like to note that you will need to get the required information regarding your server-specific email information from your IT or whoever is responsible for emails at your workplace as TELUS does not have access to that information.

Once you have all the information needed such as type of email account (POP, IMAP, Exchange, BES, etc.), username, password, server name and any other information that may be needed you can follow the following links for instruction on how to set them up on your device.

BlackBerry (except BB10 devices):

BlackBerry 10:

Android:

iOS:

Hope this helps 🙂

Cheers!
