Hello Evgueni,

 

Do you have an account already?

 

If you have an account already, you can do it through your online account. Sign in, click “Device” and you’ll see “Change Your Phone”.

 

If you’re adding a new phone onto an existing account (ie. you want to receive 1 bill for 2 or more phones), sign into your online account. First click “Device” and you should see an option for “Activate Your Phone”.

 

If you’re setting up a brand new account (you don’t have any existing services with TELUS mobility), use www.telusmobility.com/activate
