I do not see an issue with getting the pre-owned HTC one with that term and plan, however when it comes to contracts and renewals, if you are an existing client, it would be best to call in to costumer service to confirm all eligibility with your existing number.
They can be reach at 1-866-558-2273 between 9am and 5pm for business account or 8am to 10pm for consumer.

well it didn't work out. i was told the cheapest plan i could get was $70 with only 250 mb of data. so i switched to Fido. they offered me unlimited canada wide calling, global texting, v.mail, caller id, conference calling, 2 gb of data and no roaming charges within canada for only $55. bye bye Telus.
