An extra charge of $45 but the detail part of bill not showing .
Called Telus and they have no explanation because no details available Billing date 10th of month now 19th.
ASked if the person who put the increase on the account signed off with a number.Telus stated they don't because thought they could refer one to that person.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with billing?

If you have online profile for your TELUS mobility account, you can view your bill online. I would check the bill on telusmobility.com to see if there is any explanation for the charge.
For my personal mobility account, I have subscribed to online billing and that’s where I find all the details related to charges on my bill.
