Unauthorized “security” clip deletion

these clips are actually deleted.. as seen when using the online version in the “saved” tab and selecting the options “unprotected” “protected” and “deleted”
You need to bear in mind I am extremely familiar with the system - be it app or online version. Fact is I’d say I’m at par with the Telus employees whom I’ve dealt with. Least so far, no one has brought up anything I’m not familiar with..
