Thermostat not working have to wait for new one
Taken two days to speak with someone to troubleshoot and it’s -20 right now. Told it’s replacement is being mailed out - shall have it by Monday - not quite what I expected for services

You could always try calling the SmartHome team directly at 1-855-255-8828 to inquire about having a tech dispatch to bring one sooner, though there's a chance it may not be before Monday at this point.

Finally spoke to someone today who is sending out a replacement thermostat should be with me by Monday so between now and Monday how do I best my house ?
