We understand how important reliable notifications are, especially for home security. At this time, our system supports push notifications through the app rather than SMS alerts. That said, we absolutely recognize the value of text messages, and we've shared your feedback with our product team for future consideration.
Regarding the countdown beeps in "Stay" mode — this should not be occurring if the silent exit feature is enabled. We recommend checking that this setting is turned on both in the panel and the app.
