Official Support TeamHave you tried manually 'acknowledging' it? If you swipe downward from the top center of the screen and select the 'Messages/Alerts' tab, there should be an 'ACKNOWLEDGE ALL' option to choose, which should clear it.
If it continues, you can always try rebooting your panel as well by again swiping down from the top center of the screen, pressing SETTINGS, then ADVANCED SETTINGS, enter your 4 digit master code, and select PANEL REBOOT.
