Telus marketer comes up as spam caller
The same spam number kept calling me. I finally answered and it is a telus telemarketer. As soon as I mentioned that a telus caller shouldn't come up as spam on a telus phone he changed it to Telus...
Can you confirm for me whether this is a valid telus telemarketing number? They had a lot of information about my account. It is unlikely for the same number to be calling daily and for other people online to be saying it's a telus caller if it is a spoofed number.

Official Support TeamActually it still could be, as many numbers, including toll free numbers commonly used/known, are spoofed. This definitely sounds like it was not legitimate. To confirm, you can always contact our Mobility team directly and have them confirm with our outbound team.
