Telus jasco pro series smart plug does not work with the automation features
I have a jasco pro series smart plug from telus, the automation feature of the plug does not work properly despite setting up a rule for it. I have talked to the smart home tech support on the phone ...
If I set up a rule in the automation setting of the smart home app, it will not turn on / off the plug at the specified time. For example, I set up a rule to have the plug turn on every day at 9 PM and turn off at 6 AM the next day, the rule will not be triggered.
I can only turn on / off the plug manually in the app.
does this help clarify the unexpected behaviour of the automation rule?
