Official Support TeamYou might be logging in from the regular TELUS portal. Can you login to the SmartHome security site by using the https://www.telus.com/smarthomelogin site?
when I use that link, I put in my login credentials, then it directs me to the regular portal login where I have to put in my credentials again. This is frustrating.
