SmartHome Thermostat settings problem

I have been having some trouble with the thermostat when I have the alarm set to AWAY. For some reason, the temp drops well below the set schedule. I have asked around to other Telus SmartHome users and they have not experienced this situation. Is there like a drop down or a checkbox I need to select? I was under the impression that the temp schedule should remain the same no matter if the security system is set to STAY or AWAY

Does anyone have a solution to this?
