Smart Home app stuck in setup
My smart home TELUS app is stuck in setup. My alarm is setup and functioning but I can’t get out of the setup wizard in the app. I have deleted the app but it didn’t help. Also rebooted the panel.
I also received no call from the monitoring station when testing, but cellular signal is strong. TELUS tech support saw no issues and didn’t know how to solve!
Not a great first impression, I’m a new client.

Just tried again. Nope, didn't work. Thanks for trying to help.
My hardware was delivered with the sensors pre-installed, but setup in "24 hour" mode, meaning they are always armed! That was my first issue. Even with the panel disarmed, whenever a sensor was triggered, the alarm would sound.
It took the tech support guy over an hour of troubleshooting before we solved it by deleting all the sensors and re-adding them as group 10. They were group 8 before, which he said doesn't matter - but I'm not sure.

It was Not resolved! The app does not work- it is stuck in the setup wizard process. Incredibly annoying. Did you not read my post fully? I also sent you a PM.

Uninstall, reboot and re install

I tried uninstalling the app twice. Reboot the iPhone? I already rebooted the Panel.
