I literally can not be more frustrated that I am right now. The links you have sent do not work. The site is saying my log in attempts are failing. I have tried to reset the password but the results in the website failing to render. It seems like my account is locked??

Ok, is the account email used the same one you used to set up or Telus Neighborhood account?
- the email is the same, but the username was different - because the neighbourhood site said there was a maximum character limitcan you just call...you have the number i provided in your system... this is frustrating and inefficient and inconvenient
