Scammed by Telus! Free camera wasn't free at all..

2 months ago, I renewed my 2 year home internet plan with Telus. The representative I talked to on the phone offered a home security service with a discount because I have been with Telus for many years. I took on that offer as it seemed like a good deal; a free camera plus huge discount plan on using the home security service on a 3 year contract. Today I received the bill in my email and found out that the camera isn't free at all and I'll be charged for it every month, financed for 3 years. I'm hugely disappointed because if I try to cancel it, it would cost me at least $350.

I can no longer trust Telus...as soon as I can get a hold of someone from Telus - I'll be cancelling my service because they are a bunch of liars and scammers. I'll be switching all my services to an actual trustworthy company.
