Reverse Telus collections request and pay me the $5.85 credit

Telus  sent a bill to collections after I canceled my service even though I had a $5.85 credit for 3 months afterwards

How do I get this fixed ie update first choice with the correct billing info and pay me back my $5.85 it owes me for the last 10 months.  Please private message me for the info on account that has been closed for 10 months!!
