over paid account

Good morning , I accidentally over paid my home security account while paying bills on my online baking just over $800!!! I did it back in August 2025, i didn't notice till close to the end of August . ive been calling them to get a rebate check and still got nothing, how long does it take? I still have an active account  and  im still getting a monitoring bill. I have tried to call but cant get anywhere with them . what  number  can call to get some answers?

    I have been calling the customer service number but haven't been able to get any answers. 

    On august 7 2025 I mistakenly over paid my home security monitoring bill $836.00 that money was supposed to go on my credit card bill. I realized the mistake about one week later, that's when i called TELUS. I also sent a email on September 25. I also have still been making payments for my  monitoring when i get my monthly bill the last payment i made was October 27 for 43.00. [mod edit - private info]
