Not capturing person ringing doorbell
What is the point in having the alarm if someone rings the doorbell camera and it does not capture who is at the door. What am I supposed to do?

It could be an issue with the connection to your Wi-Fi. Have you had the chance to speak with our SmartHome Security team about this?
