I am facing the same issues, could someone please provide the solution? i am also out of the country. I would like to transfer my 1 device subscription to my another laptop. After deleting the previous device subscriptions and tried entering pin code extracted from my.norton.com, I received "the pin you entered is invalid..."

Yesterday, it was the third time that I contacted agent regarding this issue, about activating my free offer of online protection for 24 months included with my new phone package. I've been transferred to five agent in total on a phone call of more than three hour and an and half of them were able to find a way to claim my free offer. It's unacceptable!
