New $5 home security service maintenance fee
I was surprised to see the recent addition of $5 per month being added to my bill for the purpose of "security system maintenance". I would have thought that system maintenance would be already fac...
I was charge $5 too and would like an explanation. There has been zero maintenance done on my system since I signed a contract 13 years ago. This is not ok.
