Nighthawk and xray are right. There isn't anything legit-sound about the process and we will never ask you to updated your password via a link.

9 months agoI would suspect that call was a scam. That's not even a Telus phone number. If it was Telus and you have an existing account, they would have had your email already that's associated with your MyTelus account. Do NOT put any info into the page they sent you. Telus wouldn't be asking you to update your password. If it's one of the more recent scams, the scammers want your username and password so they can get into your account and change the email and mailing address then order new devices before you realize what happened.
