Good Morning and thank you for your reply.
My system is an older ADT Honeywell Lynx Plus so probably so considered a Smart Security installation ?
So do I have access to The TELUS SmartHome Security platform ?
If no, then do I have access to any record of my historical security activity and access to any regular test logs. With ADT I had all that information plus access to my emergency contact list and could update as needed, which again I don't appear to have now with Telus.

The online portal you had with ADT is different from the current TELUS SmartHome Security platform. Depending on your system type, some features such as detailed test logs or historical alarm activity may not be visible online but are still actively monitored by our central station.

27 days agoAs of October 1, 2025, ADT by TELUS customers now access their accounts through the new MyTELUSsecurity.com portal, which replaces MyADT.ca. All your existing settings including your emergency contact list and Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) details have been transferred automatically. You will still have professional monitoring active on your account, but online access to detailed activity history or test logs is not available for legacy ADT systems.
