I also was an ADT customer now switched to Telus. With ADT I could go online and monitor all my security system activity, including all the scheduled tests & test results and alarm settings on and off. I cannot find any of that on the Telus system and now wonder if my security system is being monitored.
Question for Telus - where is that information found ? Is that information available if my insurance company asks for it.

27 days agoThe online portal you had with ADT is different from the current TELUS SmartHome Security platform. Depending on your system type, some features such as detailed test logs or historical alarm activity may not be visible online but are still actively monitored by our central station.
