I Agree with the lack of ability to speak to a rep online. Sometimes i dont have time to wait for an hour to talk to someone only to get someone overseas that reads off a script and not get the answer you want. At Rogers I was able to talk to anyone online, the only dept i would need to call was Retentions.
Also agree with ur "world-leading technology" statement, cause the fact I cannot find an answer on if these Telus products work with Google Home is a joke. Im SOOOO glad I opted out of the garage door opener and replace the one I had and decided to install a Nest Thermostat instead of the Alarm.com one cause now i can control the thermostat with Google Home.
