I have the wifi boosters but still losing video feed constantly
Is there any other WIFI boosters that work better than the Telus ones? I constantly lose video feed from 5 out of 6 cameras on the system. Also are there any PTZ cameras that are compatible with this system, and is the system only compatible with Alarm.com cameras?

Hello. Firstly, that number of cameras is quite a lot in terms of load on the system so wondering if that's the obvious/easiest reason for the issue itself. You can always reach out to our SmartHome Security team for assistance or troubleshooting, though of course they can only troubleshoot or help with our own line of products.
