Home security contract. I want out.

I transfered from Vivint to Telus less than a year ago. Telus security is less than pathetic. Nothing works properly, I'm missing pieces i am paying for and the camera chooses what it wants to record...if at all. I am paying for something that I am not getting and I want to cancel it. 

 I'm sick of the garbage product. I'm even more frustrating is trying to get any help from telus. 

If I am not getting what I am paying for I shouldn't have to pay the contract out. If they do make that happen, can I take them to small claims?

      Shortly.....like today, a week, months? 

      I have zero trust with telus atm.
