Does anyone answer the phones....
It seems like if you want to make changes to ANY other product, you can do it via the online chat bot/live agent. Home security it seems has to be done by calling the call center. Which would be fine...

I tried again today. 11:15MDT for anyone interested.
I'm assuming my login was used for some kind of VIP treatment. This time they picked up the phone straight away. That or some executive saw my wait time on a report and decided to do something about the wait times. My problem was solved quickly and within reason; as always, which is the reason I keep putting up with the crazy.
