Disarm with Unlock
I just had Telus Home Security installed. The tech told me that there is a way to set the system to disarm when I unlock the smart door lock. I can't seem to find this in the settings? Is it actually...
You need to log into Telus Security on a PC not a smartphone or app ( PC mode on a phone may work but may not).
- go to Automations
- delete any prior rules related to your door locks that may exist
- Add new rule
- when this event occurs should be the door you want to add, and unlocked by user code from the pull down bar
- Perform this action is set to Disarm
- Select Device is Panel
- During these time frames is set to At all times.
Hit Save and you are done.

Community Power UserYou may have to use If This Then That to create this functionality. Another option may be by Geofencing, but the fence may be too wide.
