Can’t arm and de-arm directly on panel

Hi, I need help I can no more de-arm my panel directly with my code I need to use the Telus MC app I call support about it and the only thing they do is reset it?

    Hi there fs5qc If I understand correctly, you have your own code to arm/disarm. Let's say your code is 1234.

     

    You walk up to the panel and you type in 1234 and you are unable to disarm your panel? What error does it give you?

    Sorry for my late answer if I am trying to arm it directly I input my code like 1234 but it stay stuck on the keypads screen so I can’t de-arm it.

    The only way that I got to use my system is with the app and is not safe.

    Also when I arm it on stay mode the status lights on the panel are red but they are supposed to be yellow.

      Mine arms to a red light as well so I believe that's normal. Are you still having issues? Can you send me a message so I can take a look at your issue?
