You need to call and CANCEL your service. Not wanting a new contract is not the same as cancelling. This applies to other telecommunications services as well.

TELUS security contract and service is totally poor, my three years was end March 6 and called TELUS to confirm no more new contract on March 7, TELUS continues sent me bill to charge 96$ for two month with STOPPED device service , it is ridiculous
