App not working on my new Iphone 16

Doss it just sit there and spin when you try to log in?  That’s what mine does on my iPhone 16. 

I can’t log in on the web either. I talked SmartHome support and was told there was an outage in some system that was preventing people from creating accounts or logging in. That was 2 days ago and it’s still not working.
