I have the same problem with my ADT/Telus contract. I checked my contract and I have paid for the Quality Service Plan (QSP) which covers the cost of upgrades if it is initiated by the vendor (ie. ADT/Telus) and this is not being honored as well. I've wrote Telus a letter asking for them to follow the contract as agreed and they Telus is not responding. I'm not sure what to do as nobody in the company can discuss this people can only tell me that they don't understand contracts and only do sales.
