Why havent my devices been shipped??
on day 10 business day for my phones to ship, and get nothing but the run around when I call in, and customer service reps that cant comprehend the langue, or speak it so it cant be understood. Ve...
I've only been asking that question for 2 weeks with no real answers
Still no shipping notice, lied too everytime I contact Telus, be shipping next 3 days , all I ever hear! Someone better have some answers today we ar into week 4 now!
