2 years agoHi redwagoneer - you can check the status of your shipment through My TELUS but generally we wait for inventory to be available so we can ship it. You can send us a private message if you have more questions and we'll look into the situation

If stock is not available then I should know at the moment of purchase. Not 2 weeks later. This is a despicable situation. The service is not great, and if not resolved in24hrs, I may need to find another provider.

still waiting on shipping confermation. its be over 3weeks now. and I'm going to make this very public
