Why havent my devices been shipped??
on day 10 business day for my phones to ship, and get nothing but the run around when I call in, and customer service reps that cant comprehend the langue, or speak it so it cant be understood. Very frustrated, and getting ready to jump back to Bell.

Hi redwagoneer - you can check the status of your shipment through My TELUS but generally we wait for inventory to be available so we can ship it. You can send us a private message if you have more questions and we'll look into the situation

I've only been asking that question for 2 weeks with no real answers

Still no shipping notice, lied too everytime I contact Telus, be shipping next 3 days , all I ever hear! Someone better have some answers today we ar into week 4 now!

If stock is not available then I should know at the moment of purchase. Not 2 weeks later. This is a despicable situation. The service is not great, and if not resolved in24hrs, I may need to find another provider.
