Hi Does anyone else having problems with the website not letting you change options in your services? Every time I try it just leads me to a new service page, so I'll always have to use chat or cal...

Community Power UserI had issues making changes and eventually had to work with Telus to sort this out. Apparently my plan was an older one and had to be updated before I could make changes through the website.
