Web Login Error

So, i have been attempting to login via the web for two months and have been getting this error: 

with this web address:

after attempting to login via the Telus.com portal. 

Ive been using Brave browser and Firefox and neither work. I am able to actually get in if i open a new tab two to five times, even after restarting the browser(s) and clearing caches.

    No, i have not tried Chrome as i felt that three browsers were enough attempts (i even attempted Bing the last couple days). I was able to finally access the portal if i Googled Telus Login and went with the second result. Wanted Telus to be aware that the issue STILL persists on multiple browsers after multiple months of this issue being reported.
