Wanting to keep Telus email address after canceling Telus service
Now that Telus is using google web mail for all Telus emails do you lose your Telus email address if you cancel your Telus service?

TELUS Team MemberGreat Question. No you won't lose your email when you cancel. You will need to ask the agent to ensure you retain your address after the cancelation, and there will be new charge for the Email mailbox. The current rate is $7/month.
