Verifying that my home phone service has been cancelled?
On Monday I called the -2323 number to cancel my home phone service, my old land line. Should I have received an email acknowledging it? I haven't received an acknowledgement nor does MyTELUS indicate anything about it, so I don't know if the cancellation has been processed, been lost, or is merely in a queue. Is there any way to find out?

A follow-up for those who are curious or reading this in the future. There was an error preventing the cancellation but steps have been taken to fix it. It should show up on My Telus.
(Checking after writing the above) Now the MyTELUS app pops up a message saying that "We are unable to load your account data" for the account in question. So the cancellation appears to have happened.
My thanks to everyone who took care of it.- TELUS_Support

Hi there, there isn't usually an email sent. However, send us a private message and we can take a look for you.
